In addition, our mission-driven approach requires that we redirect part of our excess income to higher wages or bonuses.

To ensure our employees are trained in state-of-the-art modular technologies and other skills required to keep them current and sharp on the job, Unity Homes has partnered with the Pearl River Community College, Mississippi Department of Employment Services and the Mississippi Workforce Investment Network to devise pre-employment and on- the-job training programs.
